Cover painting surface with newspaper. Allow your child to select paint colors to put on the palette and then let them paint the pumpkin shapes and the Popsicle sticks. Allow them to dry completely. Adults: use the hot glue gun to affix google eyes to the pumpkin face at your child’s direction; then glue the Popsicle sticks to the back of the shapes. Allow glue to dry and fuse, then the puppets are ready for use! You could also use them as decorations for houseplant planters as well.
