We are having some issues with our Internet access, so my comments and access may be a bit delayed (in a coffee shop right now!) I hope to connect with you all again soon!
Ugh, we’ve been having them here, too. I finally called Frontier today and laid into them. We’ve had issues with our Internet service for years – apparently, Frontier’s infrastructure can’t keep up with the growth in this area. Which, as a paying customer, is no excuse, IMO – you want to hold a monopoly on an entire county, then you better damn well be able to provide reliable service. Anyway, they’re sending out a technician to look into our “disconnect” issues, but I’m skeptical as to how much good it will do – we’ve been though this song and dance before, more times than I can count.
I also sent out a scathing tweet to Frontier Corp on Twitter. Will be interesting to see if I get a response.
